Shear Heaven mobile dog grooming is a trained and professional dog grooming service that comes straight to your door. There is no dog too big or too small. We care for your precious family member and promise to leave them feeling like they are on Cloud 9! We welcome all breeds and we are happy to groom your dog even if you're not home. You can trust us with keys that are left out and with codes to your gate or garage. We always give our busy clients a text once we have finished your dogs Shear Heaven experience, so you'll have peace of mind knowing that they have been put away safely.

Please send a text message if you wish to contact us and we will attend to your request as soon as we are able to. Messages received after 9pm, will be returned to the following day. We sincerely ask for your patience, as sometimes we are extremely busy, especially when we are heading into the warmer months.
APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
* We will arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible. However, sometimes situations may occur, causing our schedule to run behind. We appreciate your understanding. We do ask that you allow a 1/2 hour window either side of your scheduled booking appointment time.
* Prices may vary and is determined by breed, size, coat condition and behaviour.
* Additional charges may apply for dematting, deshedding of excessive coats.
* If you have two dogs of the same breed, the prices may also vary, due to coat condition, size and style.
* If your dog takes longer to groom because of behavioural issues, additional charges may also apply.
* We also offer re-accuring bookings, to take the stress off you having to rebook and possibly miss out.
* Appointment reminders will be sent out the day before your scheduled appointment. This is a "Do not respond reminder text message". For cancellations or rescheduling please contact 0436465234.
* We require a minimum of 1 days notice prior to your scheduled appointment, should you need to cancel. This is so we can put someone else in your spot that may be wanting to get in earlier. We are happy to offer you a re-book at no extra cost. A late booking fee of $20.00 may occur for on the day cancellations.
SHEAR HEAVEN POLICY
* The safety, comfort and well being of your dog is our number one priority.
* We will not provide any procedure that causes discomfort or pain.
* We will not be held responsible for any pre-existing conditions or injuries caused by a matted coat, we will notify you straight away should we come across such issues.
* We pride ourselves in looking after your precious pet, but sometimes accidents can happen, the dog may spook at something they heard or they may hear your voice outside of the van and get super excited in the middle of us scissoring, causing an injury. If an injury occurs during the grooming session - when matting is not involved - we will inform you immediately and seek veterinary assistance if required. We will cover the cost of any veterinarian bills incurred ONLY UPON a copy of the invoice has been received.
* We will not shave your dog without your permission
* We will ask that you provide us with information about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, sensitivities or pre-existing conditions that your dog may have.
* If your dog has behavioural issues/concerns, please let us know.
* We do not discriminate and will attempt to groom dogs that are not so obliging, but if we find that your dog is too aggresive, highly anxious or your dog is putting us at risk of injury, we reserve the right to end the service, for the safety of everyone involved, including your dog.
* For the safety of your pup, we do not allow owners to sit and observe while a service is being performed.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
* Payment is due at the time of service. If you are not present for your dogs groom, payment must be arranged ahead of time. One of the benefits of mobile grooming is that you don't have to be home when your dog is being groomed. I ask that you be available for the first groom, so that we can discuss your needs and styling preferences.
* We are able to take payment in cash or on card. There is a 2% fee for using the convenience of the card service.
* We do not offer discounts to multiple dog homes. It still takes the same amount of time to groom/pamper your beloved pup, along with the use of products and equipment. We will not hurry our services, making it for an unpleasant experience for your pup. Our prices are also not ifluenced/negotiated by frequency. Requests for a service to be performed at a discounted rate will not be responded to.
